Onsite Testing Service

AnchorMark utilise the services of independent testing parties. Onsite testing can be required where the substrate, anchor design or anchors do not adhere to the ETA specification. In these cases, either destructive or non-destructive tests that prove the load requirements are performed.

Spotlight: National Construction Code (NCC) 2016 Compliance

The National Construction Code (NCC) 2016 references Standards Australia Technical Specification SA TS 101:2015 “Design of post-installed and cast-in fastenings for use in concrete” as a deem to satisfy solution.

FIXPERIENCE Software

The Fixperience software is a user friendly program that gives you safe and reliable support in designing your projects. The software allows you to explore, in dimension, your fastening solutions.

Incorrect entries and geometric conditions are recognised by the program to assist you in creating a valid design.

When you select Australia within the software, Australian Standards and product range are selected by default.

In Australia and New Zealand, the Fixperience suite includes:

  • C-Fix for Anchor Design including Rebar Starter Bar
  • Rail-fix for Balustrade design
  • Mortar-fix for calculating the amount of chemical injection you require for your application

Additional Fixperience modules are available upon request.
