2. The rights conferred herein are perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable rights;
3. I will not retain any rights or interest in, and will not claim any intellectual property or moralrights in, any such material or publications;
4. I will not have any right to control how AnchorMark and its licensees use any such material orpublications;
5. I will receive no payment for the use or recording of my image, voice, biographical material orother information by AnchorMark;
6. I intend that the benefit of the terms of this release (including all licence rights and waivers)extends to AnchorMark, its licensees and any person or entity acting on their behalf.
